- Take care of and answer clients' information and oversee the business' sales process.
- Work with senior team members to identify and manage assigned clients
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
- Ensure excellent customer service through regular client follow-up.
- Manage licenses and contracts for customers when the quote has been agreed, upon and customers have signed contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Actively consult with key affiliates on an ongoing basis to help exceed their revenue objectives by recommending and implementing best practices or additional products/services to promote.
- Create positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
- Maintain and follow campaign activities in CRM.
- Prepare proposal materials customized for each client’s specific business needs.
- Develop rapport with key decision-makers
- Set up virtual nad in-person sales meetings.

- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Good communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation.
- Good communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Minimum one year experience in Business Development in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Advertising, or Technical products & services industries.
- Having knowledge of website development, SEO, and e-commerce is a plus.
