- Assist with payroll preparation and leave management
- Maintain and upkeep employee's record while ensuring their confidentiality
- Liaise with government authorities for applications, clarifications and ensure company's legal compliance
- Responsible for petty cash disbursement when required
- Process employee's enquiries and claims
- Perform administrative tasks when required; including insurance renewal, issuance of PPE and office supplies
- Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports & serve as the point of contact for external parties
- Liaise with HQ to ensure effective communication and coordination on projects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both electronic and paper.
- Assist with project management and other ad hoc tasks as required
- Provide support to management and staff, including document preparation and data entry.
- Coordinate the shipment of goods both domestically and internationally, working closely with logistics companies, freight forwarders, and customs brokers
- Coordinate with freight forwarders to manage import/ export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, and other shipping documents
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by superior

- Minimum Diploma in Business Studies/ Human Resource or equivalent
- Ability to read and write in English is prefererred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attentive to details, good interpersonal skills, resourceful and willing to take up new challenges.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
