• Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including calls, emails, and social selling, to engage potential clients and generate interest in our services.
• Qualify leads and assess their potential fit with our services through effective questioning and discovery techniques, build relationships.
• Advise, overcome rejections, maximize close rates with potential clients through all platforms possible including email, video call, coffee meets, Chatbot, LinkedIn, interacting on social medias, joining legal & related businesses forums, ...
• Stay up to date with industry trends and our company's offerings to effectively articulate our value proposition to potential clients.
• Meet or exceed KPI, assigned targets for lead generation and qualification.

Yêu cầu công việc
• At least 1 year-experience in a sales or sales development role, preferably within the service industry, tourism field, or related.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport.
• Well verse in Linkedin & social medias usage for potential leads and customer connections
• Strong phone presence and the ability to handle objections effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and manual sales tools to manage prospecting activities.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced start-up environment.
