Job Description
You will join our IT team as a Senior .NET Developer, where you will work on developing our in-house ERP system and contribute to a wide range of other projects. These projects cover areas like business intelligence, user-friendly design, and system efficiency. You will also be involved in a Scrum/Agile team, collaborating with cross-functional teams like Helpdesk, UX, and Operations.
Responsibilities
- Build Group ERP system, used by thousands of people globally, across domains like HR, Finance, Business, and other corporate functions.
- Design efficient projects using appropriate technologies and frameworks with an emphasis on providing great user experience.
- Conduct technical research to continuously expand your expertise within and beyond your current tech stack.
- Practice pair programming, code reviews, and mentoring other team members.
- Collaborate with your Product Owner:
- Represent the technical perspective for your PO.
- Challenge UX design and make suggestions.
- Help identify ways to increase the value your team delivers through user discovery.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the IT organization:
- Recommend improvements in tooling.
- Identify and address process-related issues.
- Enhance team resources such as training materials, wikis, and documentation.
- Lead technical refactoring initiatives, from audit through planning to implementation.
- Act as a technical advocate, representing ongoing projects and anticipating upcoming needs.
- Contribute to TechShare programs such as internal blogs, innovation days, and podcasts, fostering personal development and community engagement.
- Promote the values and mindset of IT Team.
