- To personally manage a group of customers, including enterprise level customers, with multiple cross channel digital strategies;
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through best services;
- Deliver impactful digital advertising campaigns for the clients;
- Build strong relationships with media teams, account teams;
- Developing and implementing effective account plans to retain existing customers;
- To investigate and solve customer problems, complaints and credit issues by liaising with all necessary departments;
- Report to line manager weekly.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration or management, or related field;
- At least 2 years of Digital Marketing experience at agencies or clients;
- Good command of English speaking and writing skills. Ability to present professionally in English is a big plus;
- Understanding of digital / social way of working and assets is a plus;
- Able to work quickly and efficiently on several projects at the same time, detail-oriented and good command of ownership;
- Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills;
- Excellent leadership and management skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Effective communication skills;
- Exceptional customer service skills.
