• Understand Banking workflows to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Experience in basic banking operations and user-related services such as: account opening, deposits and withdrawals, domestic, remittance etc.
• Monitor and update project progress, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timelines and quality.
• Handle procedures and legal documentation related to payment, banking activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial and local payment regulations.
• Develop partnership models with payment platform, banking partners.
• Schedule Agent promotion campaigns as per plan
• Measure, track and manage sales targets and budgets for the location
• Visits to the field and branches to ensure correct implementations of agency banking strategies, policies and compliance

• In-depth knowledge of payment workflows, including transaction processing and risk management.
• Proficient in English for communication
• Excellent time management, progress tracking, and project reporting skills.
