- Planning around prospecting, source and acquire potential customers andinvestors across South Area to engage them in home service solutions offereduniquely;
- Create business strategies for market growth and clients database;
- Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existingmarkets;
- Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create salesopportunities;
- Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients;
- Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up
- Proactively develop and maintain strong relationships with existing andpotential customers, also developing rapport with key decision makers;
- Manage the coordination and presentation for customer meets to forgewin-win deals that can drive the growth;
- Research companies and individuals to develop customer profiles forprospecting;
- Build and manage BD team;
- Complete other assigned tasks as required by the Line Manager.

- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role;

- Have good team management ability;

- Tenacious and relentless in pursuit of meeting or exceeding your sales plan;
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly is an advantage;
