- Design and implement data models that support business objectives (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly): telesales model & in-app model
- Revenue forecasting based on the current trend and predictive tactics
- Price testing for potential markets, accessing the effects of price changes.
- Develop, maintain, and manage BI solutions including ZOHO CRM, dashboards and reports.
- Monitor and ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across various sources (ZOHO CRM, Amplitude, Revenue, Ads Platform,...)
- Automate data collection processes and improve data retrieval efficiency.
- Provide training and support to team members on BI tools (Looker/Tableau/...).
- Collect requests from the B2C department to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions (using SQL, Deluge or JavaScript).
- Work with a technical team (Data Engineering, Front-End, Back-End,...) to reach the business requirements.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduate certificate in data analysis with a strong understanding of BI tools (e.g Looker ,Tableau, Power BI,...).
- Proficient in SQL and data warehousing, data module concepts.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Deluge, JavaScript is a plus
