- Proceed the Human Resources procedures for employees in store, update information on the system, and save personnel profiles including: labor contracts, appendices, staff movement, staff databases, resigned employees, information relevant payroll.
- Implement monthly timesheet on system and send weekly employees check.
- Support C&B Team to implement C&B policies, benefits (healthcheck...)
- Participate/ assist HR Team in implementing teams projects & initiatives.
- Deploy Human Resources activities at relevant Divisions upon request.
- Periodic or unexpected HR Reports upon request.

Relevant Experience:
- University graduate in related fields (HR Management, Law, Business Management)
- Good at Microsoft word, excel, power point.
- Have knowledge & experience internship at C&B is an advantage
- Experience in working with HR Management system is an advantage
