1. Set Up & Preparation for New Student Recruitment Activities:
- Ensure sales kits & documents (brochures, financial policy, information sheet, enrolment form, school rules, parents handbook...) for potential parents & students are available.
2. Consult Parents Through Telephone and Book Appointments to Visit School:
- Receive digital contacts daily, conduct telephone consultations timely and effectively to parents, send sales materials after call consultations, and convince Parents to visit the school. Make sure all contacts are called timely as appointed time and there are no overdue tasks.
- Strictly follow up with parents to convert contacts into qualified contacts, inquiries, and visits and update Salesforce on time according to admissions procedures and follow-up rules. Ensure the KPI of conversion rates from pre-qualified to qualified contacts and from qualified contacts to visits.
- Smoothly coordinate with Campus Admissions Counselors (CCAs) to schedule appointments for visitors. Ensure timely updates to Salesforce and inform Campus Admissions Counselors (CCAs) and the Campus Admission Manager. Ensure that appointments are arranged reasonably to provide the best experience for parents and achieve high-efficiency opportunities to convert from visitors to new students.
- Timely & closely coordinated with Campus Admissions Counselors (CCAs), clearly communicated to transfer students’ personalities, academic backgrounds, and parents’ needs to convert digital contacts from visits into new students.
- Using the database to invite potential parents to admissions events or promotions. Proactively expand potential lead sources, besides the assigned database. Introduce school events, promotions, placement tests, summer courses, tuition fees, and enrollment processes to potential parents
- Actively participate in campus events, and support CCAs in welcoming and consulting parents
- Participate in weekly review targets, pipelines, and call audits and engage in coaching and training sessions with the Central Call Center & Quality team (QM, CCQ) and Campus Admissions Managers (AM).
- Conduct competitor mystery shopping and continuous competitor updates to understand the education market and the unique selling points of VAS.
