Scope of work: Customer Service Officer will be overall responsible for the day to day operations of the counter area as well as front office area Customer Service Officer is the connection between residents and property managers
- Receive and timely transfer external phone calls to the individual or department involved
- Provide basic project information if required
- Receive and deliver mail magazines packages to residents or resident's mailbox
- Receive all complaints requests from residents and forward to relevant department or report directly to line manager. Keep tracking of the cases until it is resolved
- Coordinate with other departments such as accounting, engineering, hygiene and security
- Track and update residential information, maintain clean and tidy workplace
- Assist residents to call taxi express delivery service
- Control guests in and out of the building Issue security card contractor card, note information in daily work tracking book and report
- Assist residents tenants with temporary residence registration with local authorities if required
- Support residents tenants to register water usage norms
- Verify and confirm the property movement registration in out from residents tenants
- Immediately report to the manager or technical department all abnormal phenomena, risks, or insecurity that could cause fire explosion
- Follow residents’ repair request and do the cashier’s tasks if required
- Daily checklist for front office and daily task notes
- Perform all other duties assigned by line manager and coordinate with other departments in daily activities and events
