Mô tả công việc

Manage and supervise all functions of customer service and ensure the most effectiveness of the team to comfort residents and tenants

Administrative tasks:

  • Receive all calls from residents or tenants
  • Manage taxi service
  • Manage information about parking lots
  • Manage access cards
  • Manage express delivery service
  • Provide newspaper for tenants (only applied to office building)
  • Manage Lost Found service
  • Send messages and letters to tenants
  • Provide fundamental information for all tenants (only applied to office building)
  • Well cooperate with engineering team, security service and janitorial service
  • Update timesheets, working schedules of staffs
  • Instruct residents, contractors of residents about rules procedures related to moving in/out when fit out, residence register, etc
  • Manage sub contractors (if required)
  • Interview and asset customer service officers
  • Develop and maintain positive attitude in vocational training programs for customer service

Managing tasks:

  • Manage and be responsible for productivity of subordinate staffs
  • Train customer service officers (if required)
  • Ensure all customer service staffs maintain high standard of appearance, personal hygiene, uniform, name badge as instructed

Report:

  • Create daily checklist for customer service/ front office
  • Daily logbook
  • Follow up job requirement list
  • Diploma/Degree in Management;
  • Graduate from Col

Yêu cầu công việc

Education

  • Diploma/Degree in Management;
  • Graduate from College or University majoring in Business Administration, Hospitality or a related field

Communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders;

PC skills

  • Ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information;

Experience

  • At least 1-years experience in related fields;

Foreign Language

  • Proficient English (both speaking and writing);
