Manage and supervise all functions of customer service and ensure the most effectiveness of the team to comfort residents and tenants
Administrative tasks:
- Receive all calls from residents or tenants
- Manage taxi service
- Manage information about parking lots
- Manage access cards
- Manage express delivery service
- Provide newspaper for tenants (only applied to office building)
- Manage Lost Found service
- Send messages and letters to tenants
- Provide fundamental information for all tenants (only applied to office building)
- Well cooperate with engineering team, security service and janitorial service
- Update timesheets, working schedules of staffs
- Instruct residents, contractors of residents about rules procedures related to moving in/out when fit out, residence register, etc
- Manage sub contractors (if required)
- Interview and asset customer service officers
- Develop and maintain positive attitude in vocational training programs for customer service
Managing tasks:
- Manage and be responsible for productivity of subordinate staffs
- Train customer service officers (if required)
- Ensure all customer service staffs maintain high standard of appearance, personal hygiene, uniform, name badge as instructed
