- Conduct customer care calls to customers. Guide and assist customers in understanding the terms and conditions when participating in the company's service.
- Resolve client complaints and inquiries within the designated scope.
- Advise on the best solutions to address customer issues. Monitor, collect, upload, and process documents provided by customers.
- Handle emails/calls from customers and company partners.
- Act as a liaison between clients and various internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of client issues. Adhere to company procedures, guidelines, policies, and cultural standards, maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support departmental and organizational goals.
