- Chat/Call/Join Meetings to guide customers in using our software to resolve business problems.
- Monitor and support customers during the process of using the software.
- Coordinate with the technical department to handle issues reported by customers.
- Using CX Genie's chatbot to optimize work efficiency) and sending feedback to the Project Manager to improve the product.

- Skillful in communication and problem solving.
- Having knowledge of sales and marketing is an advantage
- Being able to learn how to use softwares quickly is an advantage.
- < 1 year of experience in the Customer Support position
- Having experience in customer support for IT companies is a plus
- Proactive, energetic, and good communication skills
- Good English skills
