2. Be in charge of overseeing the medicine product range: Core and Non-core.
- Core: evaluate quarterly along with IQVIA market data to propose new essential core medicine and remove inappropriate products.
- Non-core: control store’s assortment. Actively intervene and advise the pharmacy when detecting abnormalities. Work closely with Retail and Demand Planning in operating non-core tools.
- Take the helm of any initiative involving the product range, including planning, monitoring stock deliveries, and assessing sales result.

3. Finding and controlling the ideal product selection for the perfect store, region, or cluster...
4. Tracking near-expired stock. Using Relex’s data and forecasts to transfer slow-moving stock by store by item in the most efficient way. Helps to quickly process inventory and minimize shortages for sale in stores with real needs.
5. Develop reporting and perform analysis for the Medicine team.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc analysis reports about trends of sales, gross profit, stock, vendor performance...
- Work with the BI team to create any report and visualization on the system when the team needed.
- Create new templates according to buyer’s needs to serve their projects well.
6. Mapping data between Pharmacity and IQVIA, competitors, hospitals.
7. Interpret and explain complex data to employees so as to carry everybody along and for purposes of clarity/verification.
8. Data entry team management
- Supervise the daily activities of data entry team who input records, lists, or other data points to OMS.
- Responsible for directing and allocating work to staff, as well as monitoring and evaluating their work.
