1. Daily Legal Operation
- Supporting to conduct legal research, updating and keeping alert of legal changes in relevant legislation.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up contracts, legal documents and application dossiers to relevant Authorities for any required licenses.
2. Legal risk and Regulatory compliance
- Draft and review the simple contracts, agreements, arrangements, legal documents arising from the Company’s operation.
- Review, advise and suggest amendments to purchase contracts and related documents.
3. Rules and Regulations
- Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.
4. Other duties
- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Instructor.
