1. Responsible for market analysis and market research of consumer products such as snacks, and propose product concepts and product implementation plans based on our company's specific business;
2. Conduct competitive product analysis and research, specify product goals, collect and search for benchmarking suppliers, and examine the suppliers' product quality, supply capacity, product price and service level, etc., to identify suitable suppliers;
3. Develop product plans based on product goals and the actual situation of merchants, be fully responsible for and follow up on the entire product path from concept to commercial product, and be responsible for profits and losses;
4. Organize, collaborate, review and advance with content, marketing, supply chain and other parties; explore product optimization directions and promote system implementation to achieve rapid product polishing and iteration.
5. conduct in-depth market research and share insights with the marketing and sales teams on a regular basis
6. Study consumer behaviors and attitudes and write up predictions for future sales trends
7. Stay up to date on market trends, consumer and product research, and industry best practices

Yêu cầu công việc
1. More than 5 years of experience in supply chain-related products; experience in Confectionery related industries is preferred
2. Applicants with experience in product or strategy analysis in Confectionery or retail supply chain planning, transaction fulfillment, inventory strategy, etc. will be given priority;
3. Have strong communication skills and teamwork ability, and have a strong sense of responsibility and work enthusiasm.
