- Working with transport sides to ensure goods are delivered to warehouse as committed.
- Checking the informaiton on PODs match with physical goods.
- Billing AR/ AP on TMS system every billing parts.
- Setup master items, locations on WMS.
- Working with 3PL, vendors to fix issue ( if any) to meet KPI target.
- Mnitor transaction between Cello and NERP so that the inventory is matching.
- Cordinate with billing team to provide data for billing when needed.
-Making Daily/ weekly/ monthly report to management.
- KPI report as required.
-Other job assigned by WH leader/ management.

-Following whole operations procedures, transportation procedures and solving any issue or complaint from whole process until completed.
- Maintaining good relationships with clients / LSPs by providing information, and guidance; supporting or anythings else so that we can be more professional, more valuable and improving our services.
- Fulfilling other tasks assigned by Leader and board of management.

- 100% gross salary during probation;

- College or university graduated, preferred in Logistics.
- Background knowledge in import-export, international shipping, wordwide logistics & freight forwarding
- Minimum 01 years of similar job position, preferred in logistics company
- Proficiency in English / Vietnamese communication.
- Proficiency in computer skill and MS Office (Word/Excel/ PowerPoint);
- Possess the characteristics of diligence, carefulness and hard-working;
- Able to adapt quickly to new working network and system;
- Able to work independently and under high pressure,good problem- solving skills.
