• Develop a detailed timeline for setup, event activities.
• Ensure constant communication between the account team, vendors, and project lead.
• Manage and execute procedures for obtaining necessary permits and licenses for the event.
• Handle procurement and rental of logistics, including equipment, transportation, and other event necessities.
• Prepare for potential issues such as weather changes, equipment failure, or crowd management challenges.
• Hire and train staff (PG/PB, Helper, Supporter,..) ensuring they are knowledgeable about products and festival procedures.
• Compile a report detailing the event’s performance against the defined goals, including sales figures, attendee feedback, and overall impact.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards for both attendees and staff.
