Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable Sales Supporting Supervisor who will develop and enhance sales supporting process and systems, support and adapt dealer and customer demand of Sales Finance and Personal loan product.
The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with medium supervision. He/she will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales Supporting Supervisor performs a wide range of duties including some or all of the following:
1.Establish plan and process to support dealer and customer by co-work with relevant departments (40%)
- Define process, framework for operation process (dealer commission and subvention).
- Execute and monitor process. Ensure operation is completed within timeline.
- Gather information and suggestion from related department to enhance process manual to meet business requirement.
- Provide contribution/comment to other team process which support business.
2. Manage system development request to launch new product/ business/feature includes (20%)
- Co-work with all departments to define business requirement document.
- Conduct UAT to ensure technical feasibility for launching
- Monitor its performance and request for enhancement as needed after go live.
3. Manage the system setup and maintain operation of product/ business/feature includes (15%)
- Set up and maintain system parameter
- Resolve/coordinating with other department to resolve issue occur if any.
4. Support sales team to review Sales Special Request regarding to loan proposal and process to propose to Head of Product Division for final decision (15%)
5. Other tasks assigned by Head of Division/Department from time to time (10%)
