The role of the PM Assistant (Project Management Assistant) is to support day-to-day operations of the Project Management Office and ensure excellent PMO process adherence.
The PM Assistant will be reporting to Project Manager and responsible for, but not limited to:
- Coordinate PMO activities:
- Take charge in preparation of reports, documents and business presentations
- Manage Project resource data, ensure that the data is kept updated daily
- Support to enforce adherence of PMO processes and procedures
- Organize meetings, events, trainings and exams; actively follow up with decisions/ action plan when applicable
- Support Sales/Presales functions:
- Provide assistance to Clients in their visits to HTV’s office in Vietnam.
- Coordinate with Recruitment/HR Dept. to arrange interview schedule with Clients. Support to translate the interview discussion if any.
- Other support:
- Support billing team regarding information/data for invoicing
- Do other ad-hoc tasks as required
