• Analysis prediction and demand for related real estate sectors: Residential, Commercial, Industrial, etc.
• Enter data into a database or spreadsheet, ensuring that data is properly formatted and categorized.
• Translation.
• Other tasks assigned the by Line Manager.

• Full time: Monday - Friday (8:30 - 17:30)
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Good at Microsoft Office.
• Proficient English (both Speaking and writing).
• Strong understanding of market research and market analysis, analytical and report writing skills.
• Possess a Growth mindset, be result-oriented, and data-driven.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn, creativity, and ability to work independently.
