- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby on Rails applications.
- Integrate data storage solutions such as PostgreSQL and manage database interactions.
- Develop and deploy applications using Docker and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient deployment of features and bug fixes.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to implement user-friendly interfaces and functionalities.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Provide mentorship and support to other team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Continuously explore new technologies and best practices to enhance development processes.

Yêu cầu công việc
- A BSc in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience with Ruby on Rails.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of frontend technologies like JavaScript and HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Experience with Agile development.
- A self-motivated learner, always striving for personal growth and development.
- Confident in sharing knowledge and collaborating across teams, regardless of technical expertise
- Excellent communication skills in English (working language).
