We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for Food products in Vietnam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for food products.

-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share for food products in Vietnam.
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including retail partnerships, wholesale accounts, and e-commerce channels.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners.
-Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
-Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.
-Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials.
-Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management.
-Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
