Drive Sales Growth & Partnership Management

Proactively identify, engage, and pursue new global business opportunities in the targeted markets.

Successfully develop new business from both existing and new customer accounts, ensuring long-term

partnerships and repeat business and expanding our market reach and impact.

Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals by identifying customer

needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Industry Engagement

Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor products, and market demands to continuously rene and

adapt sales strategies. Provide market insights and customer feedback to the product development

and engineering teams to drive product improvements and innovation.

Sales Presentations and Proposals

Craft and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight the value of Gremsy's

solutions in meeting customer-specic needs. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals

that align with both customer needs and Gremsy’s business goals.

Cultivate Key Relationships

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives and key decision-makers,

understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.

Lead Complex Negotiations

Manage complex negotiations with a focus on securing favorable terms and maximizing protability

while maintaining strong client relationships.

Market Analysis

Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and new

business opportunities that align with our growth objectives.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting

Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management, offering insights and strategic

recommendations based on performance metrics.

Additional Responsibilities

Take on additional tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager to support overall team objectives and drive

operational excellence.

  • Lương cứng: 17 - 19 triệu VND
  • Lương cứng không phụ thuộc doanh số

Sales experience? Even 2 years gives you a boost!

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage in high-level

business discussions and presentations.

Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach.

Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable strategies.

Master-use MS Ofce and global sales tools like Zoho Books and CRM.
