- Assist with administrative and office tasks for the leadership team.
- Arrange work schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Prepare necessary documents, reports, and papers.
- Interpret during meetings, conferences, and events from English/Chinese to Vietnamese and vice versa.
- Translate documents from English/Chinese to Vietnamese and vice versa.
- Perform other tasks as required by superiors.
