- Manage the development and the evolution of the social media strategy and content calendar for both the local & global market, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals on a monthly/quarterly & yearly basis and also being consistent with seasonal tourism trends.
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive organic social media strategies, in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, that align with paid media strategies and overall corporate objectives focused on driving brand growth.
- Be on-track with current viral trends to create trending content (posts or videos) to incorporate with them effectively. Orchestrate content amplification on social media both globally and locally in different regions worldwide and across marketing teams and tailor strategies to resonate with local markets while maintaining a cohesive global brand narrative.
- Ensure Gohub’s visibility amongst its target audiences and competitors across core social media channels, especially Facebook, Instagram & TikTok.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging trends for content creation, including carousels, reel & video content, that supports organic growth and audience engagement.
- Expand Gohub’s audience base and increase engagement across social media channels including Facebook, Instagram & TikTok, through strategic initiatives to attract new followers and cultivate brand advocates.
- Work closely with the KOL team to build an influencer program to maintain and develop Gohub's current KOL network and expand the potential affiliate collaboration.
- Work closely with the digital team, designers, and other stakeholders to brainstorm and execute creative content ideas.
- Work closely with the analytics team to integrate and measure the value and impact of the global & local social media strategy, measures, and actions on daily basis.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, with proven experience in building social media strategies from scratch. Experience with digital transformation projects and multi-platform campaigns is a plus
- Strong project management skills to ensure the timely and efficient execution of media campaigns
- Strong creative skills with excellent communication and storytelling abilities that are recommended to compile in a portfolio showcasing previous content. Ability to quickly adapt to new trends in media and offer creative and effective media solutions.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external media partners.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Vietnamese
- Passion for travel and understanding of the travel industry and seasonal tourism trends is a plus.
