• Organize and assign tasks for team members.
• Develop contingency plans to ensure project continuity.
• Train and guide team members.
• Evaluate team members’ performance and provide support.
• Propose ideas for team-building activities.
• Attend meetings and report on project progress as required.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Operations Service Manager

Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:50 PM (Monday to Friday)
Location: Anna Building, Quang Trung Software City, Tan Chanh Hiep Ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in the BPO field or similar.
• Russian language proficiency at B1 level or higher; knowledge of Ukrainian is a plus.
• Honest, detail-oriented, careful, diligent, and able to quickly grasp tasks.
• Proficient in office software and skilled in preparing professional reports.
