1. Main duties:
1.1 New product launching:
- Follow up the product samples and quality certification checking flow.
- Preparing POG data.
- Create product code, place orders
- Tracking product certification expiration.
1.2 Mailer:
- Support MD to collect, push and update promotion scheme from suppliers.
- DOIT form and Maler check
- Price change on System
- Inventory check/ Product display in store / POP
- Manage supplier delivery schedule through RDC
1.3 Contract following
- Preparing new supplier contract document / Liquidation
- Supplier payments/ rebate tracking
1.4 Other supports:
- Sales/ inventory reports
- Competitors survey
- Other documentary/ administrative tasks.
- Support and handle tasks from MD, Manager assign.
2. Rules and Regulations
- Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.
- Related departments: Accounting, Supplier management, RDC, Operation team, Legal, ..
