● Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets;
● Approach potential leads, conduct meetings, prepare proposals and follow up to close deals with big & medium customers;
● Understanding client needs and provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales supports;
● Collaborate with Campaign Operation team to execute campaigns and ensure the best quality of service;
● Coordinate, manage and resolve account maintenance issues
● Oversee, maintain and upgrade existing accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction;
● Collaborate with leader to secure, retain, and grow accounts;
● Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events;
● Make sales reports and keep records of sales, revenue, database, invoice, liquidation,etc...;
● Participate training and coaching scheme
● Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; execute and maintain short- and long-term business development plans;
● Meeting all Quotas/KPIs for calls, appointments, pitches, sales, collecting payment, etc...
