1. Work as Project Leader for the assigned client(s); supervise project team(s) on client services; partner with other functional teams to deliver excellent execution and meet KPIs of said projects. The projects mentioned are digital marketing or digital commerce projects;
2. Plan and execute actions to open opportunities, follow up, pitch and bid to deliver planned KPIs for the assigned clients on a yearly, quarterly & monthly basis, including but not limiting to revenue, profit and client satisfaction;
3. Plan and execute actions to maintain close relationships with clients as a whole, and with specific stakeholders within their organization;
4. Upsell, cross sell as well as make other efforts to maximize revenue from assigned clients;
3. Participate in the business development process by contributing to client development plan with direct manager & other teams, including developing strategies, briefings, and creative works;
4. Develop campaign approach, understand and manage details of a campaign in the context of a larger business picture;
5. Help integrate internal team members and educate them on the client, their target, their service and other project-related information;
6. Work in partnership across the teams within the unit and other business unit teams to provide excellent project management for your client’s needs at all times;
7. Set and manage multiple project deliverables including time and cost estimates with internal and external clients to deliver or/and exceed client’s project objectives/KPIs;
8. Ensure the financial process is followed in terms of client set-up and invoicing;
9. Continuously provide input into the problem-solving direction of each client project and ensure communication of any directional changes to your team and to other related teams;
10. Continuously ensure the quality of the deliveries and proactively seek new ways to improve client services as well as executional innovation to build trust and confidence for the clients;
11. Assist the business development team to acquire new clients;
12. Nurture and mentor junior members of the team in day to day execution – acting as a role model;
