Plan and work with Head of Sales /CEO for weekly, monthly quarterly and yearly activities to drive sales and re-sales
Plan for monthly, quarterly, and yearly to train/coach staff in department
2. New sales and repurchase management
Monitor sales and re-sales performance daily
Monitor conversion rate (visitors – placement tests- sales) daily
Follow up bookings daily
Cooperate with other training centres to maximize sales and re-sales for the company
Monitor telesales activities at centre
3. Marketing
Online Marketing:work with Digital Marketing team to come up with ideas about the optimal Paid Marketing Strategy, involving, Paid Social (Facebook and local social media)
Offline and Integrated Marketing: development of localized marketing plans, materials, and tools to drive enrollments; cooperation with centers for events; public relations.
4. Customer satisfaction
Coaching and training team members at center
Conduct Workshop/Training for sales and care team
5. School partnership
Visit school to build relationships and organize events to generate leads
Monitor school contracts to make sure deliver good service to the students
