I. Job Summary
The job holder plays a role in managing all Credit Card Division including Credit Card Planning & Credit Card Business
II. Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Credit Card Planning (40%)
- Planning to attract customers to catch the trend of Korean enterprises in Vietnam and abroad to improve product quality.
- Monitoring and managing projects to ensure the quality of the expansion and development of card plans for individual customers as well as foreign businesses.
2. Credit Card Business (40%)
- Directing, developing, and implementing strategic orientations for card business activities
- Responsible for formulating and developing solutions for card products and services suitable to customers' needs, ensuring competitiveness, and updating with the market.
- Building and developing card products according to target customer segments to ensure competitiveness and keep up with the market.
- Supporting business units to handle arising transactions related to card products, ensuring to unify the implementation of providing products and services to customers.
- Managing the card product portfolio, ensuring financial efficiency, and balancing risks with profits.
- Coordinating with related parties to develop pricing, credit, related risk management policies, and training programs to improve sales capacity and efficiency for the division's human resources.
3. Others (20%)
Recruiting, training, supervising, and managing the performance of subordinate staff to ensure the completion of the assigned work plan.
