1. Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Scrum Master to lead and manage our Scrum teams in a dynamic product development environment. The ideal candidate will excel in building high-performing teams, influencing cross-functional teams, and guiding leadership. This role requires a deep understanding of Scrum theory and practices, exceptional facilitation skills, and the ability to manage risks, issues, and dependencies while fostering continuous improvement.

2. Key responsibilities:

• Build and nurture high-performing teams in a product development setting.
• Influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Facilitate, mentor, and coach teams in applying Scrum theory and practices.
• Facilitate discussions, decision-making processes, conflict resolution, and Scrum events.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and continuous improvement plans.
• Motivate and encourage Scrum teams to continuously improve.
• Engage and manage stakeholder expectations and communications.

3. Qualification:

• At least 4 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master.
• Proven experience in a product development environment, creating a productive and enjoyable workplace for team members.
• Demonstrated ability in building high-performing teams.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, and mentorship skills in applying Scrum theory and practices.
• High energy and enthusiasm, capable of motivating teams.
• Strong facilitation skills for discussions, decision-making, conflict resolution, and Scrum events.
• Hands-on experience in managing risks, issues, dependencies, and continuous improvement plans.
• Proven ability in stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Proficiency in English is an advantage.

Desired Skills:

• Experience scaling Scrum across multiple teams or programs.
• Familiarity with various Agile frameworks (Kanban, XP, etc.).
• Experience with product development tools and technologies.
