Responsibilities:

Vulcan Labs is one of the largest App Store and Android publishers globally. We continuously develop and publish mobile applications focusing on new technologies such as AI on the way to conquering globally.

As Senior Customer Service in our team, you will:

● Manage customer support in our Social Media platform, Email, Google Play, and

App Store.

● Understand user’s problems and provide effective customer support.

● Analyze user’s pain points for product improvement.

● Make valid proposals with a user-oriented approach

● Coordinate with other departments to solve ongoing issues.

Job requirement:

● Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the software industry.

● Analytical skills, logical and customer-oriented mindset.

Effectively communication with customers and cross-team

● Passionate for the customer service industry.

● Good at reading & writing English.

Familiarity with Freshdesk/ Zendesk/ CRM software is a priority
