1. Talent Acquisition:
- Be responsible for the full circle of Back Office recruitment process, including sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, making offers and onboarding employees;
- Work with Hiring Managers to determine and adjust their hiring needs to match the labor market;
- Build and manage the company's talent pool, using for the future hiring needs.
2. Employer Branding:
- Identify and build on potential partnership opportunities to improve the company's employer brand;
- Plan and organize external activities to attract talents and promote company culture: career fair, workshop, etc.;
- Assist in executing and building up ideas/concepts of internal activities to attract high engagement of employees: Company Birthday, YEP, etc.;
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
