1. Responsibilities:

As the AI Researcher, we are looking for members to join our AI team and lead the development of innovative artificial intelligence solutions. As a core member of our research team, you'll play an integral role in challenges such as:

• Investigate and analyze existing AI models and solutions in the market to identify trends and opportunities..
• Design and implement PoCs for new AI technologies and models to demonstrate feasibility and potential impact.
• Conduct rigorous testing of AI models, including performance evaluation and robustness checks, to ensure quality and effectiveness.
• Refine and optimize AI models based on testing results and real-world feedback, focusing on performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Maintain thorough documentation of research findings, model performance, and methodologies to support future development and knowledge sharing.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data team, BE engineers, and product managers, to integrate AI solutions into applications.
• Present research findings and PoC results to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for product improvements.

2. Job requirement:

Educational Background: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

• Deep understanding of artificial intelligence algorithms and techniques.
• Experience in developing and debugging in Python/R.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks (Tensorflow, PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn ...)
• Knowledge of data processing and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Pandas, NumPy).
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms for deploying AI models(e.g., GCP).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development practices.
• Documents the research process and results.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
