Mô tả công việc

1. Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop forward-looking HR strategies that support organizational goals and foster sustainable growth.
  • Partner with the executive team to align workforce planning with business priorities.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top employer in Vietnam.

2. Talent Acquisition & Management

  • Create innovative hiring strategies to attract top talent in Vietnam’s competitive job market.
  • Implement programs to enhance career development, leadership training, and succession planning.
  • Monitor and adapt to shifts in talent demands, ensuring workforce agility.

3. Culture & Employee Engagement

  • Champion a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Design initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Act as a trusted advisor in resolving workplace challenges while maintaining confidentiality and fairness.

4. HR Operations & Digital Transformation

  • Oversee HR operations, ensuring efficiency in payroll, benefits, and compliance systems.
  • Drive the adoption of HR technology and analytics to streamline processes and enhance decision-making.
  • Establish KPIs and use data-driven insights to optimize workforce productivity.

5. Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and international regulations.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to employee relations and organizational policies.
  • Build strong relationships with external regulatory bodies and legal advisors.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • College or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven track record as an HR Director or Senior HR Manager, with at least 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Expertise in HR strategies, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience with HR technology and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven ability to lead change management initiatives and scale HR operations.
  • Background in diversity and inclusion, aligning with global HR trends.
  • Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Vietnamese, Chinese, and English.
