• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes to ensure a high-performing and motivated workforce.
• Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues promptly and professionally.
• Design and execute effective training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, updating policies and procedures as needed.
• Supervise payroll and benefits administration to maintain employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency.
• Promote a positive company culture by implementing engagement activities and fostering teamwork.
• Monitor and manage HR metrics to analyze trends and propose actionable solutions for improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast workforce needs and develop plans to address gaps.

• College or Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of HR management experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to handle confidential matters with integrity.
• Proficient in HR software and tools.
• Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Vietnamese, Chinese, and English.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday

• Monday to Friday: from 08:30 to 17:30.
• Saturday: from 09:00 to 17:00.
