Mô tả công việc

The Business Development Coordinator is responsible for supporting pre- and post-meeting activities with clients and partners to ensure smooth sales and partnership processes. This role focuses on background research, meeting preparation, documentation, and performance tracking to support the growth and success of the Vietnam Outsourcing Hub.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

1.Pre-meeting Support:

  • Research and identify potential clients and partners based on VOH’s target market.
  • Validate and verify the information of target clients and partners, joining the initial meeting with partners if necessary.
  • Prepare and share key documents (e.g., company profiles, and performance metrics) for sales and partnership meetings.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings for the sales and partnership teams.

2.Post-meeting Follow-up:

  • Ensure timely follow-up on meeting outcomes, including preparing and sending contracts, proposals, or other relevant documents.
  • Manage post-meeting activities such as tracking deliverables and deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate meetings, agreements, and client/partner feedback records.

3.Performance and Data Management:

  • Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics for clients and partners.
  • Prepare periodic reports on client and partner engagement for internal review.
  • Update and maintain databases, including client and partner records.
  • Assist in development vendor engagement strategy to enhance partner relationships and loyalty. Collaborate with MKT team to implement collaborative activities to drive partner engagement and strengthen partnerships.

4.Project Coordination:

  • Work closely with the sales and partnership teams to align targets and strategies.
  • Support other project-related activities as required, including event coordination, data collection, and reporting.
  • Work closely with Project Manager and cross-functional team to support business-wide objectives.

Thu nhập

  • Thu nhập khi đạt 100% KPI: Thoả thuận
  • Lương cứng: 13 - 15 triệu VND
  • Lương cứng không phụ thuộc doanh số

Yêu cầu công việc

1.Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative support, sales operations, or project coordination roles.
  • Experience in B2B sales is an advance plus.
  • Experience in the BPO or outsourcing industry is a plus.

2.Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in using tools like CRM systems, Excel to create reports.
  • Ability to track and analyze data to generate insights.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Basic English communication skills (reading and writing).
