- Relevant design skills: commercial, branding, proposal, social, digital, etc
- Propose creative ideas for art direction according to Leader's request
- Work closely with the creative team to develop and execute concepts that align with our client's brand guidelines and meet their marketing objectives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that all designs are delivered on time and within budget
- Collaborate with other departments such as account management, production, and development to ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest standard
- Mentor and guide junior designers
- Presenting ideas and concepts internally and with clients when required
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques.

Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 2-3 years experience working in advertising or communication agencies, creative agencies
- Strong conceptual and creative thinking
- Good at concept creation and idea creation for communication campaigns
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, AE, etc.)
- Be stable under pressure and have a strong sense of urgency
- Must be effective at multi-tasking, time management, and presentation skills
- Digital painting/ sketching is an advantage
- Good English communication skills are an advantage.
