Team Performance Management:
- Monitoring call time, call quality to control the show up and revenue targets
- Distributing lead resources equitably to each employee
- Responsible for the team's sales by day, week and month; Motivate and manage each employee to achieve monthly targets.
- Plan the work in phases and report to the Division Manager on the results and daily activities of the Team.
Team Management & Development:
- Do daily team’s briefing to TMK Agent to ensure team & individual hit daily target of shows & sign
- Check in and manage working time for team
- Manage the assigned team’s performance
- Training and developing staff skills
- Motivate spirit and develop employees
- Other jobs according to the specific requirements of the Company
