- Compiling, consolidating, analyzing, and reporting data of all channels (CS, SS, KS, SSM)
- Monitoring and analyzing customer insights and CE’s reports for external and internal
- Providing actionable insights to management team
- Support for managing reports and CE’s dashboards for region and individual teams.
- Support for monitoring and evaluating CE performance.
- Handling other assigned tasks from Deputy Head and Manager.

- Proficiency in Excel & SQL; Fluency with data visualization tools is a plus
