I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Team Management
1. Support Line Manager in recruiting, training, and managing team members to ensure the highest level of performance and productivity;
2. Sales analysis: analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Online delivery
3. Develop and implement related merchandise activities to impact and monitor the performance of the company products on the online delivery platforms;
4. Develop and manage the agreement and partnership with online delivery partners;
5. Handle and manage the feedback of customers in the online delivery platforms.
- E-voucher and E-wallet
6. Develop and implement related activities to impact and monitor the performance of E-vouchers sales and E-wallet parners;
7. Develop and manage the agreement and partnership with related partners.
Rental Advertising
8. Develop and manage advertising space rentals, including negotiating contracts, coordinating with advertisers (POSM, activation space, LCD, Wifi,...);
9. Ensure that advertisements execution at stores meet the company's guidelines.
- Rebate/Income
10. Develop and implement related activities to impact and monitor the performance of rebate/income ultilizing the company store platform (Payoo, Momo Cash-in,...).
New MD Services Projects
11. Develop and implement new MD services projects to maximize the sales opportunities to meet the customer demand and increase the company profits.
- Others
12. Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
