- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Manage, coach, and develop accounting staff.
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory agencies to facilitate audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial performance metrics to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to BOD to support business decisions and initiatives.
- Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure legal compliance and continuous improvement in financial management processes.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets.
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
- Reconcile debt with stakeholders
- Oversee the preparation and maintenance of financial records.
- Other task assigned by the BOD

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a Chief Accountant or similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
- Good command in English (4 skills)
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Integrity and professionalism in handling confidential financial information.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and regulations.
