Recruitment: Making plans for recruitment, training, and human resource development yearly, quarterly and monthly.
Human resources management:
- Supporting other departments in human resource management and act as a bridge between the Board of Directors and employees.
- Developing policies for promotion and staffing changes.
- Recruitment budgeting
- Establishing and maintaining a positive working environment, retain talented people, motivate employees, and encourage creativity and innovation.

- University graduate in economics/ human resource management/ administration/ law or majors related to human resource management;
- Experience in human resources & Administration
Skills:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Word, Excel.
- Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
