• Support and make report required by Supervisors/ Manager.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, live chat, phone, etc. Handle complaints & Provide pricing.
• Write and post information to Social networks
• Other tasks as BOD requested
• Can work OT & night shifts (150% salary)
- Salary: Negotiable based on experience and track records. 10-16 millions (Night shifts 150% salary)

• IELTS: 6.5+ or relevant
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, English Studies or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word, communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, Good problem solving.
